I need a wig/hairpiece, where do I begin?

There are many amazing wig brands out there and we try to share as much as possible so you can make an informed decision. We know this process can be overwhelming, especially for first timers, to get in contact regarding Wig Consulting services head over to our About Us page for more info.

Are your products only for wigs/hairpieces/extensions or can they be used on my own bio hair?

All our products, cleansers, conditioners and stylers are formulated with alternative hair in mind. That being said they are fantastic for bio hair particularly for that reason. We made sure to omit all the harsh chemicals so hair is not stripped and left protected.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the USA. Stay tuned for international shipping updates. 

How can I make a return? 

Any unopened item can be returned for a full refund minus shipping fees within 14 days. 

We stand by our products and hope you love them too. If you made your purchase within 14 days and it is lightly used, send us an email at hello@thewigaddiction.com with your order number and experience with our product/s. We will follow up with next steps. 

Shipping fees are non refundable and certain items are non refundable/subject to a restocking fee.
